Verified Amazon purchase (What is this?) Wallet is very well, however, is much smaller (wallet does not have many cards (credit cards, phone cards, club cards, etc, and other junk) that my Eagle Creek tri times current portfolio (which is about 10 years old). So far they have not succeeded in finding a replacement for the current portfolio of Eagle Creek which has more cards and is still able to close and lock the Velcro closure.

This is a high quality product, as one would expect from Eagle Creek. I have 2 portfolios owned by them. My current image over 5 years old and in need of replacement. . . so I ran the Internet to find it. Unfortunately this was the only version that appeared close to mine. . . so I bought it. They have so many cards, is missing some sections of zipper to hide large bills or special cards and is smaller but fatter than my old. Makes it hard to close and Velcro and became a lump in my back pocket instead of "hug the contours" of my old form. Not a good design in my opinion. Why products need to change when the old designs work well?

If you look at the photo of this portfolio, you'll notice there is a black band in front that has the logo of Eagle Creek. You'll also see that this band is sewn on three sides. The fourth side is not sewn - that seemed to be stuck. This is where the book fails. After using it for about 2 months, one day took me out of my pocket and the whole thing had pulled apart. The day before he was fine, so this was a case of the portfolio is slowly disintegrating. I bought my wallet at REI, which has a great return policy. Took it again today. I thought the simple exchange for another, but one of the other on the screen looked like it was spreading too. Maybe it's just a bad batch, but more likely it is a bad design.
