How Much Would It Cost For My Friends And I To Travel Around Europe?

My friends and I thought if would be fun and a great experience to travel Europe after we graduate high school. There are about 10 of us and we will graduate in 4 years(not including the end of this school year). I was just wondering about how much we should save, if we decide to go.

  1. The most fun way to travel around Europe is by train. Europass to get a good time is going to be there. It saves time and money. You can buy before you leave here – in fact you can not buy in Europe. This is cheaper than any other form. There are large youth hostels – Europe is where they invented these, I think. They are much better than anything in North America. My children and I did so a few years ago – and with our backpacks. It was the best trip I have ever had. You have to plan your trip before you go. Plan of the cities you visit and know where they are youth hostels in the city before leaving. In places where the room rate includes all you can eat breakfast. Most hostels do so. If you purchase your Europass, staying in youth hostels, use the bus / tram or metro systems (Paris Metro, for example, is a lot), eat a big breakfast, make your visits and buy bread, fruit, cheese, wine then pig in his hotel after finishing the day. Therefore, it is not spending much money eating in restaurants. We had 3 weeks of Europass, traveled from England in the hydrofoil across the English Channel to Calais and took the train to Paris and went from there. We achieved 9 cities such as Florence, Amsterdam, Brussels, Saltsburg, etc. cost me about $ 4000. 00 for the three of us. Does not include airfare to fly to London to my children. So if you have 4 years to save, get it. It's the trip of a lifetime. And you'll never forget. It can be a little more expensive now. However, you can. Want to go skiing in the Alps, take the rack of the mountain in Innsbruck – glorious. Good luck.
